Obligă pârâtul la plata către reclamant a diferenţelor salariale dintre sumele cuvenite conform prezentei hotărâri şi sumele efectiv încasate, actualizate cu rata inflaţie din data plăţii şi la plata dobânzii legale aferente acestor drepturi băneşti calculată de Ia data scadenţei fiecărui drept salarial până la data plăţii efective.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare.
