îNCHEIERE - amână pronunţarea la data de XXX având nevoie de timp pentru studierea actelor şi lucrărilor de la dosar XXX Sentinţa nr. 452 - admite excepţiile invocate de Guvern şi MEF privind lipsa calităţii procesulae pasive. Admite din oficiu excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a CNCD.Respinge acţiunea faţă de pârâţii Guvern, MEF, CNCD ca neîntemeiată.
