Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul IPJC împotriva SC nr. XXXţată în dosarul nr. XXXă în parte, în sensul că: Respinge acţiunea înaintată de reclamantul MAS ca urmare a admiterii excepţiei autorităţii de lucrul judecat. Admite acţiunea precizată a reclamanţilor şi obligă pârâţii MIRA; IGPR; XXX să le plătească acestora sumele reprezentând primele de concediu, actualizate cu rata inflaţiei până la achitarea integrală, după cum urmează:
pentru reclamanţii RGV;BMA, RLM, PRI, RR, PMV, MOM, MAO, BFI, MG, RA, CCM, CF ŞI CP, pentru anul 2004, iar pentru reclamanţii BD, SAI, MLI, pentru anii 2004 şi 2005.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate, referitoare la obligarea pârâţilor MIRA, IGPR ŞI ŞAP " sentimiu Mureşan" la plata către reclamanţii care nu au fost nominalizaţi mai sus, a sumelor reprezentând prime de concediu, pe anii 2004,2005 şi 2006, actualizate cu rata inflaţiei la data plăţii, la obligarea pârâtului MIRA la cuprinderea în bugetul propriu a sumelor necesare plăţii drepturilor tututor reclamanţilor, precum şi la admiterea cererii de chemare în garanţie a MEF, cu consecinţa obligării lui să propună rectificarea bugetului în sensul plăţii drepturilor tuturor reclamanţilor. Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de MEF - prin XXX împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe. Irevocabillă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din XXX.
