1)Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţii XXX ş.a. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. XXXţată în dosarul nr. XXXă în parte în sensul că respinge excepţia prescripţiei la acţiune pentru anii 2001-2003 şi acordă drepturile băneşti reprezentând primele de vacanţă pentru perioada 2001-2006 actualizate cu rata inflaţiei până la plata efectivă. Menţine celelate dispoziţii ale sentinţei recurate.
2) Respinge ca nefondat recursul pârâtului Ministerul Sănătăţii Publice împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
