    Rezumat:
    Admite cererea de chemare în judecată formulată de reclamanţii XXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX X, XXX, prin XXX, în cont XXX "XXX" Dorohoi - mun. Dorohoi, str. XXX, nr. XXX, XXX.
    Obligă pârâta să recalculeze, pentru anii 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 şi 2023, raportat la perioada efectiv lucrată şi la data angajării fiecărui reclamant în parte, indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă a reclamanţilor, prin includerea în baza de calcul a indemnizaţiei de hrană de care aceştia au beneficiat în perioada 2019 – 2023.
    Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă cuvenită ca urmare a recalculării conform primului capăt de cerere şi indemnizaţia de concediu de odihnă efectiv plătită, sumele datorate urmând a fi actualizate în raport XXX rata inflaţiei şi dobânda legală penalizatoare până la momentul plăţii efective.
    Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, apel care se va depune la XXX.
