Având în vedere disp. art. 142 alin. 2 din Legea nr. XXX:
Bugetul tribunalelor în ceea ce priveşte cheltuielile de personal este cuprins în bugetul XXX de Casaţie şi Justiţie şi este gestionat de aceasta, iar cu privire la aceste cheltuieli preşedintele XXX de Casaţie şi Justiţie are calitatea de ordonator principal de credite.
Având în vedere disp. art. 142 alin. 6 din Legea nr. XXX, constată că a intervenit subrogarea legală a XXX de Casaţie şi Justiţie în drepturile şi obligaţiile XXX, precum şi transmiterea calităţii procesuale de la pârâtul XXX, motiv pentru care în temeiul disp. art. 38 Cod procedură civilă dispune introducerea în cauză ca pârâtă a XXX de Casaţie şi Justiţie.
Va acorda un nou termen de judecată la data de XXX pentru când:
Se va cita pârâta XXX de Casaţie şi Justiţie cu exemplar din prezenta încheiere.
Se va emite adresă anexată la citaţie către XXX de casaţie şi Justiţie prin care i se va solicita să precizeze dacă susţine excepţiile şi apărările invocate de către pârâtul XXX.
